5th Underground, LLC is a small independent movie maker located near Baltimore, Maryland. Founded by Mark Shell as a Vodka Company with a Movie Problem. We specialize in low budget movies and can quite feasibly produce a movie for under $5,000. We work with screenplay writer and author Marshall Ever to obtain interesting movie scripts that we can film m in the Baltimore area.
